Thank you for partnering with St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church to support the Southeast Gwinnett Co-op. Because of you, we were able to donate to other families in the community the following items:
202 rolls of toilet paper
17 bottles of shampoo and conditioner
14 cans of fruit
8 boxes/pkgs of feminine products
1 box of pasta
1 box of diapers
A bucket full of traveling toiletries

Sundaes with Mom 4/26 – 4/29

Come join us for an Ice cream sundae and special songs performed just for Mom. Look for a special invite to come home after Spring Break!
NOTE: Due to Covid protocols, only one attendee per child may attend.

Spring Pictures 4/19-4/21

Pictures are taken by Beth Wrobel. Please keep an eye out for picture envelopes to come home after Spring Break! She will be taking individual, class pictures, and Kindergarten graduation photos. Remember, even if you do not order individual pictures, all students will have their pictures taken for their class picture.
Tuesday, April 19th– Kindergarten, all 4’s
Wednesday, April 20th– Toddlers, MWF 2’s, MWF 3’s
Thursday, April 21st– T/Th 2’s, M-F 3’s

Easter Egg Hunts 4/13 & 4/14

We ask that each child bring in 1 dozen filled Easter Eggs by Monday, April 11th  & Tuesday April 12th. Eggs may get dropped and pop open, so all candy should be wrapped and the eggs taped closed.
Easter Egg hunts are scheduled for Wednesday, April 13th and Thursday, April 14th.  Please check with your child’s teacher for their scheduled Egg Hunt Day, and any special requests.

Luau 5/10 & 5/11

We are bringing back an End-of-the-Year favorite! We will have one final family event to celebrate the end of our school year. More information to come in the May newsletter.

Wed. May 11th: W/F Toddlers, MWF 2’s, & All 3’s

Graduation Days

Kindergarten Graduation
When: Monday, May 16th
Time:  6:30 pm
Preschool Fours Graduation
When:  Tuesday, May 17th
Time:   6:30pm

Graduation ceremonies will be held in the Church Gardens followed by a reception. Children should arrive between 6:10-6:15 to allow time for them to use the restroom and affix graduation gowns and/or caps. Please dress in Casual Sunday Best.

Last Days of School

The last days of school are:

  • Tuesday, May 17th for T/Th 2’s
  • Wednesday, May 18th for all others

Summer Camps

We are in the process of planning our summer camps. Mark your calendars for June 6-10 and July 26-30. We will be holding 2 camps this summer. Camp is available to rising 2 year olds-rising 1st graders. (Children who have not turned two years of age, by the onset of any given camp, may only attend 2 days.) Rising 4 year olds must be fully potty- trained to attend.
The Preschool will provide a snack and children will bring a lunch each day.
Camp #1: Star Spangled Camp – June 6-10
Camp #2: Magical Creatures – July 26-30
Time: 9:30am-1:30pm
Cost: $100 per session
